The law firms Branche, Masset, Hermann & Associés and 2CAP LEGAL have merged to form CAP LEGAL, a law firm specialised in business law, labour law, restructuring and insolvency law, and real estate law.

With 30 years of experience in the service of companies, CAP LEGAL, a human-sized law firm offers each of its clients a personalised follow-up.

We provide long-term support to French companies or foreign groups’ subsidiaries or branches established in France, as well as to senior executives.

Legal fees


Legal fees are fixed in advance with the client, in a totally transparent way, allowing a total control of all costs. Legal fees can vary depending on time, difficulty of the file and economic and financial stakes.

In a case where a budget can be determined in advance, a flat rate can be put forward. It is often the case in recurrent cases or cases that do not present any technical difficulties in particular.

In a specific or sensitive case, a counsel, a legal construction where the amount of time cannot be determined in advance.

contingency fees


Sometimes, it is possible to contemplate a legal fees depending on the results. However, such legal fee can only be complementary to another legal fee.
